1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • The product is returned in original packaging with all components

Items that are damaged due to customer handling, installed, or used are not eligible for return.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damage or defect
  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs

3. How to Request a Return

  • To initiate a return:
  • Email us at support@aidaleap.store with your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for our return approval and shipping instructions
  • Ship the item back to us in secure packaging
  • Please do not send any items without prior approval.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom or made-to-order bathtubs
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Any product returned after 14 days from delivery

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement again
  • Contact your bank or payment provider—it may take time before the refund is officially posted
  • If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@aidaleap.store

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to replace a product, please return the original and place a new order.
