We currently ship to all states within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Custom or special-order bathtubs may require additional processing time, which will be clearly communicated on the product page.
3. Shipping Time & Methods
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Freight Shipping (for large or heavy tubs): 7–14 business days
- We use trusted carriers like FedEx, UPS, and professional freight services for large deliveries.
- You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
4. Delivery Information
- For freight deliveries, you may be contacted to schedule a convenient delivery window.
- Curbside delivery is standard for bathtubs—please arrange assistance for moving the product indoors.
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout to avoid delays or additional fees.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—stay tuned to our website or subscribe to our newsletter.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Use this number to monitor the status and estimated delivery of your item.
7. Damaged Items During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged:
- Inspect your package upon delivery
- Note any damage with the delivery driver and take photos immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@aidaleap.store with your order number and images
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the case
8. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated on any changes.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or unavailability to receive the item:
- The shipping company may reattempt delivery or hold the item at a local hub
- Additional charges may apply for redelivery
